Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of HealthifyMe services, encompassing its offerings and explain this to the end user in a telecalling setting.
- Be active about industry trends and understand the customers' needs from an overall view.
- Work independently while showcasing team efforts and driving results.
- Play a key role in enhancing HealthifyMe business by sales conversion.
- Being familiar with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Follow a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal skills are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Command over English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
