- Play a significant role in the sales pipeline by generating and converting leads into successful sales.
- Keep a close eye on industry trends, market conditions, and identify business opportunities and risks.

- Possesses strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, and adapts quickly to new telephone systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for building rapport and effectively delivering information.
- Entry-level telecallers with 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting, are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
- A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Candidates must have a working laptop, a stable internet connection, wired accessories, and a quiet workspace.
- Commitment to achieving 24 hours of calls weekly, maintaining a 9-hour work schedule, and meeting an 85% performance target each month.
