In this role, you'll directly support sales for Eureka Forbes, a leading home appliance company in India.
You will contribute significantly to the sales pipeline by generating and converting leads into sales.
Track industry trends, market conditions, and pinpoint business opportunities and risks.
Adaptable to both independent and collaborative work environments.
Strong computer skills with experience in CRM software and the ability to learn new telephone systems quickly.
Prioritize customer well-being by upholding ethical sales practices and identifying potential fraud.

Eligibility Criteria

This role demands strong written and verbal communication to build rapport and deliver information effectively.
Entry-level telecallers with 0-1 year of experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
Strong English and Hindi communication skills are necessary.
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required.
For this role, a working laptop, stable internet, wired accessories, and a quiet workspace are required.
This role requires you to hit 24 hours of calls weekly, work a 9-hour schedule, and meet an 85% performance target each month.
We aim for 24 hours of weekly talk time, 9-hour workdays, and an 85% monthly compliance score.
