Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Delhivery, India's largest fully integrated logistics provider.
- You will focus on producing high-quality leads, vetting prospects, and converting them to clients.
- You must stay informed about the latest industry trends and challenges to adapt your approach and optimize results.
- Ensuring consistent personal and team contributions is necessary for the role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- Prevent any case of mis-selling / fraud in the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelors is required.
- 0-1 years of prior experience in telecaller jobs.
- Proficiency in the Hindi and English languages is required.
- The role requires a working laptop, a stable Internet connection, and a quiet workspace
- You are required to strive for 24 hours of weekly talk time by working 9 hours each day and maintaining an 85% compliance score monthly in this role.
