Develop a comprehensive understanding of Games24x7 products and customer expectations by being a telecaller agent.
Understand industry trends, market dynamics in the business environment.
Independent work while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
Identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Follow a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Great verbal communication to enhance relationships with customers.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
