- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the services offered by 5Paisa.
- Collaborate at both individual and team levels to achieve sales goals.
- Significantly drive sales efforts by generating, qualifying, and converting leads.
- Be up-to-date with the latest developments and challenges in the investing and trading industry.
- Ensure that all ethical compliances are strictly met and there are zero cases of fraud or mis-selling.
- Demonstrate proficiency in telephone systems and CRM software.
Eligibility Criteria
- This is a client–facing role. Applicants are required to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- 1-2 years of prior experience in the sales industry
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
- A functional laptop, reliable Internet connection, and a peaceful environment to work in.
- Achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time through consistent 9-hour workdays while maintaining an 85% monthly compliance score.
