Address customer concerns and troubleshoot any issues related to the sales process.

Familiarity with relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
A diploma or bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) is likely required to ensure foundational knowledge.
We prefer candidates with 0-1 years of experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
A reliable laptop with a stable internet connection is needed for remote work.
A quiet and comfortable workspace to focus on calls is essential.
