Eligibility Criteria
- Build strong client relationships with your exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Be fluent in both English and Hindi to connect effectively with a wider range of clients.
- You'll need a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse) for clear communication, and a quiet workspace to focus on calls.
- We expect you to achieve ambitious goals through consistent effort. This includes aiming for 24 hours of weekly talk time during your 9-hour workdays while maintaining an 85% monthly compliance score.
- A minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- We seek a motivated sales telecaller with 0-1 year of experience, ideally honed within a BPO environment.
