Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a telecalling environment.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Experience in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
