Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively reaching out to potential customers to promote Redbus' bus ticketing services.
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Effectively closing deals and converting leads into paying customers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Accurately recording customer interactions and data in the company's CRM system.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must-have.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Atleast 1 year of proven telesales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of the travel industry and the bus ticketing market.
- Knowledge of Redbus' products and services.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
