  • Accurately recording customer interactions and data in the company's CRM system.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is a must-have.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Atleast 1 year of proven telesales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of the travel industry and the bus ticketing market.
  • Knowledge of Redbus' products and services.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
