  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and track progress through CRM software.
  • Adhere to strict ethical standards and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (or other relevant languages).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Must be able to commute to our Noida office on a regular basis is essential.
