Roles and Responsibilities
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to drive conversions.
- Nurture leads and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of HealthifyMe’s customers.
- Contribute to team discussions and share insights to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and track progress through CRM software.
- Adhere to strict ethical standards and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or customer service.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (or other relevant languages).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Must be able to commute to our Noida office on a regular basis is essential.
