  • Efficient Lead Management: Generate leads and ensure their successful conversion into long-term clients.
  • Adequate Market Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest industry knowledge and trends to facilitate more effective deal closures.
  • Dedicated Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues in our professional Noida office to achieve sales targets.
  • CRM Utilization: Manage client data and sales processes using various CRM software tools.
  • Integrity: Maintain high ethical standards by avoiding any form of mis-selling, fraud, or non-compliance.
  • Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telesales or the home appliance sector is preferred for this role
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential, both verbal and written.
  • Education: A graduate degree is mandatory while you apply for this role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Office Environment: You must be willing to work in our Noida office with fellow telesales professionals and our team.
