Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative at BharatPe, you will target merchants in order to sell them financial products and services. It involves selling solutions to clients, creating client relationships, and selling BharatPe’s financial tech solutions.
- Client Education: Provide information to customers about the types of services and solutions offered and provided by BharatPe.
- Relationship Building: Offer suitable answers to their needs in order to cultivate and maintain a good understanding and confidence between you and the clients.
- Sales Achievement: Be active in pushing for product sales and ensuring that deals are completed for BharatPe.
- Market Awareness: Seek market developments and trends especially in financial technology.
- Team Collaboration: Team up and work as a unit in achieving your sales targets.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively manage your sales and customer relations through the use of CRM tools.
- Ethical Standards: Adopt a no tolerance policy to mis-selling and fraudulent behavior.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: At least one year's experience in financial technology sales or telesales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Education: Graduate- minimum.
- Language Proficiency: English is necessary; any other language is an added advantage.
- Location: Noida-based office location; work time is from 9 AM to 9 PM.
