- Within this role, you'll be instrumental in providing essential support to Tata Digital, the leading fintech platform in India.

- Play a crucial role in driving sales by generating leads and facilitating user understanding of the Tata Digital platform.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while fostering effective collaboration within a team to accomplish organizational goals.
- Possess a strong grasp of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Work diligently to ensure zero instances of mis-selling or fraud within processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with clients by leveraging your excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential, with additional languages being a plus.
- Experience: At least one year of telesales experience is required.
- In-Office Opportunity: Candidates must be available to work full-time from our office in Noida.
- Preference will be given to those with fintech sector experience and a solid grasp of market trends.
- A bachelor’s degree is required to apply for this position.
