- Educate individuals about Redbus’s offerings and solutions, transforming them from leads to empowered Redbus customers.
- Develop strong rapport, address concerns, and provide customers with personalized assistance throughout the booking process.
- Utilize your proficiency in CRM software and phone systems to optimize your workflow.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and challenges, strategically adapting your approach to achieve optimal results.
- Convert leads into satisfied customers, playing a vital role in Redbus's growth.
- Uphold SquadStack's commitment to ethical practices and ensure a transparent experience for all customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- We're looking for a driven Sales Telecaller with 0-1 year of sales experience.
- The candidate must be able to work 9 hours per day and achieve a weekly target of 24 hours.
- Since this is an on-site job, the candidate are expected to work from our Noida office.
