Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Nuvama Edelweiss's comprehensive range of financial products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and commodities.
- Offer personalized investment advice and recommend suitable products based on client profiles.
- Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other related services.
- Successfully negotiate and close sales of financial products, meeting individual and team sales targets.
- Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
- Avoid any form of mis-selling or fraudulent activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Sales Telecaller with 0-1 year of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
