Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
- The candidate must be equipped with strong communication skills to address customer questions, navigate concerns, and troubleshoot any sales-related hiccups.
- Maintaining the highest ethical standards is paramount. You'll prioritize transparency, avoid mis-selling at all costs, and adhere to SquadStack's rigorous sales practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and phone systems will ensure you leverage technology to maximize your efficiency and effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
- While a specific field of study is not mandatory, a degree in marketing, sales, or a related field can be advantageous.
- Candidates should be able to fluently speak, read, and write in both English and Hindi languages.
- 0-1 year of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong aptitude for sales and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
- This is an in-office position, and remote work options are not currently available.
- Candidates must be able to work a standard 9-hour workday.
