Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep clients updated on Flipkart's latest product offerings, promotions, and features.
- Listen attentively to clients' requirements and preferences to recommend suitable products.
- Establish strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and efficiently.
- Stay informed about Flipkart's product catalog, pricing, and inventory.
- Collaborate effectively with your team while also working independently to achieve sales targets.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and avoid any form of mis-selling or fraudulent practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum qualification of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
- You must be good at talking and writing to clients in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in other languages besides English and Hindi is a bonus.
- You should have worked in sales for at least 1 year, but it's okay if you don't have much experience.
- You need to be able to work in our office in Noida.
