Roles and Responsibilities
- In this role, you will increase the sales of Eureka Forbes, a home appliances manufacturer.
- You will generate leads and ensure that those leads turn into loyal customers, increasing the company's sales revenue.
- You will be required to stay up-to-date with all the latest industry knowledge and news so as to close deals more efficiently in this role.
- You will be expected to collaborate with your team members in a professional office setting in Noida.
- Adequate knowledge of various CRM software is necessary to manage client data and sales analytics.
- Any kind of mis-selling, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance will not be tolerated, and you will be required to uphold the same standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- You will need 0-1 years of experience in the home appliance industry or as a telesales agent.
- You are expected to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A graduate degree is a must to apply for this job.
- You should be fluent in Hindi and English. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
- You should be willing to work in an office setup in Noida along with other telesales agents.
