- Effectively communicate Upstox's mission, products/services.
- Join the dynamic SquadStack team and contribute to Upstox's financial technology revolution.
- Establish trust with customers, addressing their concerns and guiding them in their financial planning and education.
- Ability to work solo while collaborating within a team.
- Possess a solid understanding of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Drive sales by generating leads, converting prospects.
- Stay updated on current and latest industry trends, and market conditions
- You will contribute to achieving zero tolerance for mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal abilities are essential for this position.
- We seek a driven Sales expert specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is essential.
- Candidates must hold at least a diploma or a graduate degree.
- Need a good laptop and stable internet, along with wired headphones, keyboard, and mouse. They should have a quiet place to work.
- They should aim to talk for 24 hours each week, work 9 hours daily, and keep their monthly compliance score at 85% or higher.
