Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in supporting Delhivery, India's largest and fastest-growing logistics player by helping their sales process.
- Explain Delhivery's mission, cutting-edge technology platform, and business growth opportunities to potential leads.
- Stay updated on current and latest industry trends, market conditions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Knowledge of computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
