- Effectively communicate Upstox's mission, products/services, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while working in a team.
- Possess a good understanding of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Strive to ensure zero cases of mis-selling/fraud in the processes.
- Establish trust and rapport with customers by addressing their concerns
- You help in driving sales leads, and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Be part of Squadstack's dynamic team and contribute to Upstox's FinTech revolution.
- Remain informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- We are looking for a motivated Sales-expert with more than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
