- Stay informed about the latest trends and market conditions in the industry.
- Be capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
- Possess proficiency in using necessary computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Strive to prevent any instances of mis-selling or fraud in the processes.
- Be part of Squadstack and contribute to BharatPe's mission of financial empowerment and change the financial payment scene.
- In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and helping users understand the platform.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with over 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
