- Understand Angel Broking's range of services and products comprehensively.
- Evaluate potential leads to gauge their requirements and ascertain compatibility.
- Enhance sales by generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Remain proactive in monitoring industry trends and market changes.
- Demonstrate adeptness in both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
- Possess proficiency in essential computer applications like CRM systems and telephony.
- Adhere strictly to a policy of zero tolerance towards any instances of mis-selling or fraudulent behavior during sales operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands both written and verbal, to create strong relationships with clients.
- We seek a driven sales expert with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO environment.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
