- Your role is crucial in increasing sales through lead generation, prospect qualification, and customer conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Work independently while also being a valuable team player to achieve organizational goals.
- Have a good understanding of relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Contribute to a zero-tolerance policy against mis-selling or fraudulent activity in our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- We seek a driven Salesexpert with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
