- Support Aditya Birla Money, India's largest financial service provider.
- In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Stay updated on current and latest industry trends, market conditions, and to identify new opportunities and challenges within the business landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
- Possess a solid understanding of relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
