Roles and Responsibilities
- Have a good understanding of the EdTech industry and effective sales strategies.
- Evaluate leads to determine their suitability for Classplus solutions.
- Your main responsibility is to significantly increase sales by engaging with leads, assessing their fit, and converting them into customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Proficiently use essential computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Contribute to a zero-tolerance policy against mis-selling or fraudulent activities in our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- We seek a driven Salesexpert with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
