Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of INDMoney's offerings and services.
- Identify potential leads, evaluate their needs, and assist them.
- Play a key role in enhancing INDMoney's business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and identify new opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while in a team.
- Possess good understanding in relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, and telephone systems.
- Contribute to maintaining a zero-tolerance approach towards mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- You need great people skills, both written and spoken, to build strong connections with clients.
- You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate well in this role.
- You need at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO settings.
