- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Flipkart products and services.
- It's important to stay active about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
- Play a key role in enhancing Flipkart business by generating & converting leads
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
