Roles and Responsibilities
- Assess leads to determine their suitability for Dr Vaidya’s products based on their needs.
- This role plays a crucial part in increasing sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into customers.
- It's vital to stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Use of relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ensuring strict policy against mis-selling or fraudulent activities in our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Great written and verbal interpersonal skills are necessary to manage the client relationships.
- We seek a driven sales expert with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication.
- Educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is mandatory.
