Roles and Responsibilities
- Fully understand Angel Broking's services and products.
- Assess potential leads to determine their needs and suitability.
- Boost sales by generating and converting leads into customers.
- Stay proactive in tracking industry trends and market changes.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Be proficient in using key computer applications like CRM systems and telephony.
- Strictly follow a zero-tolerance policy against mis-selling or fraud in sales operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong written and verbal skills are needed to build strong client relationships.
- We are looking for a motivated sales expert with 1-3 years of experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
