- In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in supporting RedBus, India's largest online bus ticketing platform, by being a part of their dynamic sales team.
- Build trust and rapport, addressing concerns and guiding customers towards travel plans.
- In this position, you'll be instrumental in driving sales through lead generation, prospect qualification, and customer conversion.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and identify new opportunities and challenges in the business environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Be up-to-date on relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in English/Hindi.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Candidates must hold at least a Diploma/Graduate Degree.
- We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with over 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
