Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SolarSquare's solar energy solutions and services.
- Identify potential clients interested in solar energy adoption, assess their requirements, and guide them.
- Remain actively involved in industry trends, market changes.
- Show capability in working independently and in a team environment.
- Have strong skills in using relevant computer software, CRM tools, and be familiar with telephone systems.
- Follow a zero-tolerance policy against any mis-selling or fraudulent behaviors in our sales procedures.
- Play a pivotal role in driving SolarSquare's business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- You need great people skills, both written and spoken, to build strong connections with clients.
- You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate well in this role.
- You need at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
