Identify potential clients interested in solar energy adoption, assess their requirements, and guide them.
Remain actively involved in industry trends, market changes.
Show capability in working independently and in a team environment.
Have strong skills in using relevant computer software, CRM tools, and be familiar with telephone systems.
Follow a zero-tolerance policy against any mis-selling or fraudulent behaviors in our sales procedures.
Play a pivotal role in driving SolarSquare's business growth.

Eligibility Criteria

You need great people skills, both written and spoken, to build strong connections with clients.
You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate well in this role.
You need at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
We seek a driven Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
