Roles and Responsibilities
- Educate potential customers on the causes and solutions for hair loss and the benefits of Traya's unique approach.
- You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.
- Build trust and rapport, addressing concerns and guiding customers towards the right hair loss prevention plan.
- In this position, you'll be boosting sales for Traya’s products and services.
- Be active about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Work independently with the ability to collaborate with teams.
- Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good written and verbal interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We seek a Sales Expert with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
