Roles and Responsibilities
- Get a grasp of Nuvama - Edelweiss products and services in order to communicate it effectively to users.
- Being up-to-date about industry trends, market dynamics of the industry.
- Ability to work solo while collaborating within the team setting.
- Identify potential leads and assist them in selecting appropriate investment opportunities.
- Proficiency in essential computer programs (such as CRM software) and telephone systems is necessary.
- You will actively uphold a zero-tolerance policy against any instances of mis-selling or fraudulent behavior within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent skills, both written and verbal, are essential for establishing robust client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
