- It's important to stay active about industry trends, market dynamics.
- Ability to work solo while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Identify potential users and assist them in selecting appropriate financial opportunities.
- Play a key role in enhancing Kissht business development opportunities.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- You'll actively support a strict stance against any mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills include written and verbal.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
