- In-depth knowledge of the sales and best sales practices.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine suitability for Dr. Vaidya products.
- Boosting sales through lead generation, prospect qualification, and customer conversion.
- Monitoring industry trends, market shifts, and identifying new opportunities and challenges.
- Demonstrate both independent work capabilities and effective teamwork to meet organizational objectives.
- Utilizing relevant computer applications such as CRM software and telephone systems.
- Uphold a strict policy against mis-selling or fraudulent activities throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Communication abilities, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role.
- We seek a driven sales expert with over 3 years of sales experience, typically within a BPO atmosphere.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective interaction.
- Minimum educational requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
