Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Delhivery, India's leading logistics player, by assisting in their sales process.
- Communicate Delhivery's mission, innovative technology platform, and opportunities for business expansion to potential clients.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and market conditions.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Hands-on experience with computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Aim to prevent any instances of mis-selling or fraud in the sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role.
- We are looking for a motivated Sales expert with over 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
