Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to understand Nuvama - Edelweiss products and services and communicate it effectively to users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
- Identify potential leads and help them choose suitable investment options.
- Proficiency in important computer programs (like CRM software) and telephone systems is required.
- Follow a zero-tolerance policy against any instances of mis-selling or fraudulent behavior within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written and verbal, are essential for establishing good relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
