Roles and Responsibilities
- Help people secure their finances by generating leads and sales for Moneyview.
- Learn and demonstrate Moneyview's innovative financial technology platform.
- Establish trust with customers, address their concerns, and guide them in financial planning.
- In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by converting leads and converting them into satisfied customers.
- Keep track of current industry trends and market conditions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with team effort.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales expert with 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Candidates must hold at least a diploma or a graduate degree.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
