Roles and Responsibilities
- You'll collaborate with Bajaj Finserv, India's top financial services provider.
- Your main task is to increase sales by engaging with potential customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Have a good understanding of essential computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Aim to eliminate any instances of mis-selling or fraud in the processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Written and verbal, are required for this role.
- Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree.
- We seek a driven Telesales partner with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
