- Qualify leads and assess their needs to ensure suitability.
- Increase sales through lead generation and customer conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Work independently while effectively collaborating with the team.
- Be proficient in essential computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
- Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraud in our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- This role demands both written and verbal, to create strong relationships with clients.
- We seek a driven sales expert with 0-1 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO environment.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree is required.
- The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
- Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
