You'll play a big role in increasing sales by interacting with leads, figuring out if they're a good fit, and turning them into customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and find new opportunities and challenges.
Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to help achieve organizational goals.
Understand how to use important computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems.
You will contribute to a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activity within our sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Good verbal skills are necessary to build solid client relationships.
A Diploma or Graduate Degree is a minimum requirement for this position.
We're seeking a motivated Sales specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace.
Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
Fluency in both English and Hindi is crucial for effective communication in this role.
