- Work diligently to maintain the integrity of sales processes and prevent any instances of mis-selling or fraud.
Eligibility Criteria
- Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal skills, are vital for this role.
- We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Tele Sales expert with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO context.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages is essential for all candidates.
- Candidates should hold at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- Sales Partners must have access to a functional laptop with a stable internet connection and necessary peripherals to create a productive workspace.
- Dedicate efforts towards achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, adhere to a 9-hour daily work schedule, and maintain a monthly compliance score of 85%.
