Eligibility Criteria
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, is pivotal for building enduring client relationships in this role.
- We are seeking a dynamic sales expert with over 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a BPO environment.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is vital for seamless communication.
- A Diploma or Graduate Degree is the minimum educational requirement.
- Sales Partners must have access to a functional laptop, stable internet connection, and wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), along with a serene workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, maintain a 9-hour daily work schedule, and consistently maintain an 85% compliance score.
