- In this role, you will evaluate leads to ensure they align with Classplus offerings.
- You will drive sales growth by discovering leads, assessing their fit, and converting them into loyal customers.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, you will identify new opportunities and challenges.
- You should be able to work independently while effectively contributing to team goals.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and phone systems is required.
- You will uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for fostering strong client relationships.
- A Diploma or Graduate Degree is required for this position. We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist with 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a BPO setting.
- Sales Partners must have a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- The role requires striving for 24 hours of weekly talk time, working 9 hours daily, and maintaining an 85% compliance score monthly.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is crucial for effective communication.
