Eligibility Criteria
- Effective interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, is a fundamental requirement for this role.
- We're in search of a motivated Tele Sales expert with a proven track record of over 1-2 years in sales, preferably within a BPO environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for all applicants.
- Candidates must hold at least a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
- Sales Partners must possess a functional laptop with dependable internet connectivity and essential accessories, ensuring a conducive workspace.
- Commit to achieving 24 hours of weekly talk time, adhering to a 9-hour daily work schedule, and maintaining an 85% compliance score monthly.
