- Assess leads to gauge their needs and suitability.
- As part of this role, you'll enhance sales by generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Stay proactive in monitoring industry trends and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate both independence and teamwork within the organizational framework.
- Possess adeptness with essential computer software such as CRM and telephony systems.
- Maintain unwavering integrity in sales processes, with a strict stance against mis-selling or fraudulent activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- This position necessitates proficiency in both written and verbal communication to foster robust client connections.
- We are in search of a motivated sales expert with at least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is indispensable for effective interaction in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Sales Partners must possess a functional laptop with a reliable internet connection, along with wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a tranquil workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, maintain a 9-hour daily work schedule, and uphold an 85% compliance score monthly.
