- Identify potential investors, assess their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable investment opportunities.
- Contribute significantly to enhancing Zetapp's business by converting leads into customers.
- This role is crucial in driving sales growth through lead generation, prospect evaluation, and customer conversion.
- Possess strong knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Actively support adherence to anti-mis-selling and anti-fraud policies within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Practical interpersonal skills, demonstrated through strong written and verbal communication, are crucial for cultivating strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is essential for facilitating seamless communication within this role.
- A minimum educational requirement of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- We are looking for a motivated Telesales specialist with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Sales Partners must possess a functional laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain a monthly compliance score of 85%.
