Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of SolarSquare's offerings, products, and services.
- Drive sales growth for SolarSquare by generating leads and closing deals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently while fostering effective teamwork.
- Possess proficient knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards mis-selling or fraudulent activities within our sales processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building rapport with clients.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary for effective communication in this role.
- A minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Sales Partners must have a functional laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse), and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
- Strive to achieve 24 hours of weekly talk time, work 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly.
- We seek motivated Telesales specialists with 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO setting.
